Terms of Service

FundSight provides funding readiness, research, coaching, and workflow tools for churches and faith-based nonprofits. FundSight does not guarantee grant awards, funding decisions, donor outcomes, or application success.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the platform and for reviewing all generated reports, recommendations, drafts, and application materials before relying on or submitting them.

By creating an account, you agree that FundSight may process the organization information, intake answers, uploaded materials, and connected-system data needed to provide the service.

Subscription and success fee. FundSight is offered on a single monthly plan at $500 per month. In addition to the monthly subscription, you agree to pay a success fee on funds you receive from funding opportunities pursued with FundSight’s assistance: ten percent (10%) of funds received. FundSight invoices the success fee after you report funds received, and payment is due on the terms stated on that invoice.

Fair use and platform costs. The monthly subscription includes normal, good-faith use of FundSight’s AI-assisted features. FundSight reserves the right to charge for artificial-intelligence, compute, or other infrastructure usage that materially exceeds normal single-organization use—including automated, bulk, or programmatic generation of reports, drafts, or other outputs. FundSight will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying any such usage-based charge.

Account suspension and termination. FundSight reserves the right to suspend, limit, or cancel any account, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, abuses or degrades the service, imposes extraordinary costs, or is unlawful or harmful to FundSight or other users. Where practical, FundSight will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

Radar digest and product-update emails are opt-in at signup and can be changed later in account settings.

Paid access is granted through invoicing and administrator entitlement updates. Stripe checkout may exist in the codebase but is not required for service access.
